We would like to share with you a unique opportunity for your church or school, your school parents or parishioners, and all of your supporters. Two organizations, World Golf Village's Slammer & Squire and King & Bear, and EventsXL, have joined forces and are looking for the right Churches or Schools to offer a very exciting opportunity. This opportunity will help you earn $10,500 for your organization while providing all contributors a valuable Thank You Gift!
This unique program requires your commitment and involvement, but based upon a creative approach, it results in a "$0 cost investment" for you and all contributors......sound interesting? Please read on because this initiative will allow you to:
- Raise $10,500 for your church or school......to assist with your ongoing programs
- Receive a $100 average value golf certificate.....your choice to play the King & Bear or Slammer & Squire golf courses
- Award a raffle winner a trip for two people to the NFL Super Bowl, 2/2-5/07, Miami, Florida
A Super Bowl raffle would be conducted by your church or school. The proceeds will create all of the benefits just stated above. The World Golf Village courses would contribute a complete round of golf; greens fees, cart, and range balls, an average $100 value, to every person buying a $100 raffle ticket......as a thank you for their support.
- World Golf Village receives exposure to all contributors as they offer a chance to play these great courses....they allow you to experience their courses while helping the church and school community
- Your supporters get to help their church or school earn $10,500....and receive some great benefits
- Your church or school gets to establish a new and exciting major event raffle program that could run every year... maybe next year the winners can attend the Masters!
- EventsXL gets to bring all of this together while providing and fulfilling the major event trip
How will we implement this raffle fundraising idea?
- Your church or school will announce the raffle and sell the raffle tickets from now through the first week of January. A check is collected for each ticket sold (made payable to your church or school) Each buyer immediately receives their round of golf certificate, average value of $100, for their personal use, making this a $0 cost raffle to the buyer, but producing great overall benefits $100 donation, $100 benefit, $0 raffle impact
- World Golf Village provides the round of golf certificates for distribution to buyers
- EventsXL provides the major event trip for the raffle winner and guest
- One winner will win a trip for two people to the Super Bowl.....all of your purchasing supporters (mostly parents and parishioners) will receive the satisfaction of knowing their participation created some great benefits, and all supporters will then use their golf certificate at their leisure
- EventsXL will manage the entire process directly with a representative from your church or school. The effort will be minimal on your part while providing great earnings and great benefits for the organization and all raffle ticket buyers
As part of this promotional fundraiser, we are now signing up the 10 churches or schools to make this initiative a success. There are only 10 Super Bowl prizes....so the first 10 churches or schools we hear from will have the opportunity. World Golf Village has graciously provided the certificates that allow us to make the bold statement that this is a $0 cost raffle. We simply need your commitment and involvement. Your parents or parishioners, always looking for a way to help their organizations, will be thrilled to have this fun, exciting, and rewarding opportunity.
